The Foxtale Dry Gin With Glass Gift Pack 700ml

The Foxtale Dry Gin is a classic craft spirit produced by The Foxtale Company in Northern Portugal. Distilled using traditional copper pot stills, this expression is a homage to the classic London Dry style with a Mediterranean influence. It features a harmonious blend of simple, balanced botanicals—juniper berries, coriander seed, angelica root, cardamoms, and fresh citrus peel—yielding a dry, pine-forward, and crisp profile designed for classic cocktail serves.

Food Pairing: Fresh oysters, grilled sardines, salted Marcona almonds, cured ham (jamón ibérico), and goat cheese crostini.

Tasting Notes: Crystal clear in appearance with a light, smooth, and clean mouthfeel.

Nose: Traditional and pine-forward up front with dominant resinous juniper, accompanied by bright lemon oil, earthy angelica, and warm cardamoms.

Palate: Well-structured and dry, displaying a crisp core of piney juniper berries, peppery coriander seed, and subtle herbal complexity, backed by a hint of citrus bitterness.

Finish: Medium in length, clean, and dry with lingering notes of crisp pine needle, subtle spice, and fresh citrus zest.

Serve: Serve over ice topped with premium Indian tonic water garnished with a slice of fresh lemon and a twist of orange peel, or mix into a classic Dry Martini.
