The Foxtale Citrus Gin With Glass 700ml

The Foxtale Citrus Gin is a vibrant craft spirit produced by The Foxtale Company in Northern Portugal. Distilled in copper pot stills, this expression is designed to celebrate the rich citrus heritage of the region by combining a traditional juniper base with an abundant infusion of sweet orange, lemon, and pink grapefruit peels, resulting in an exceptionally bright, refreshing, and citrus-dominant profile.

Food Pairing: Grilled octopus, fresh seafood paella, lemon-herb roasted chicken, goat cheese salad, and citrus-infused sorbets.

Tasting Notes: Crystal clear in appearance with a clean, smooth, and zesty mouthfeel.

Nose: Intensely aromatic with upfront notes of freshly squeezed orange juice, sweet grapefruit oil, and tart lemon zest, supported by resinous piney juniper.

Palate: Vibrant and fruit-forward, featuring a burst of sweet and tangy citrus flavors, balanced by a solid core of dry juniper, coriander spice, and earthy angelica root.

Finish: Medium in length, crisp, and clean with lingering notes of bitter orange peel, bright grapefruit zest, and mild pine warmth.

Serve: Serve over ice topped with premium Indian tonic water, garnished with a wide ribbon of fresh orange or grapefruit peel, or build into a refreshing Clover Club or Tom Collins.
