The Forager Botanical Whisky 50ml

Produced at Forty Creek Distillery in Grimsby, Ontario, The Forager Botanical Whisky is a Canadian whisky infused with five wild-sourced Canadian botanicals: juniper berries, Labrador tea, spruce tips, mugwort and sweet fern. The whisky is steeped with the botanicals for 48 hours, creating a distinctive crossover between traditional Canadian whisky and botanical spirits. Bottled at 40% ABV, it offers a light, herbal profile with citrus, toffee, pine and warming peppery spice. The 50ml format contains the same expression in a miniature serving size.

Food Pairing: Smoked salmon, grilled chicken, mild cheeses, citrus desserts, roasted nuts, or herb-seasoned appetizers.
