A distinctive Pinot Noir from The Fledge & Co., crafted from fruit sourced across South Africa’s cooler Elgin, Tradouw and Klein Karoo sites. Red and black fruit combine with violet, fynbos, earthy notes and spice, supported by bright acidity, fine tannins and an elegant, savoury finish.
Food Pairing: Pan-fried sirloin, roast duck, grilled pork, mushroom dishes and charcuterie complement its bright fruit, earthy character and fine tannins.
