The Dalmore 12 Year Old

The Dalmore 12 Year Old is a benchmark Highland single malt Scotch whisky recognized for its rich, complex, and deeply sherried character. The spirit is masterfully guided through an intricate maturation process overseen by the distillery's legendary blenders; it is aged for its first nine years in American white oak ex-bourbon barrels before being split. Half remains in the bourbon casks, while the other half is transferred to premium rare 30-year-old Matusalem Oloroso sherry butts for the final three years, creating a beautifully balanced whisky that drinks well beyond its age.

TASTING NOTES Deep golden amber and mahogany in appearance with a remarkably viscous, smooth, and coating mouthfeel.
