The Busker Single Malt

Produced by Royal Oak Distillery in County Carlow, Ireland, The Busker Single Malt is a triple-distilled Irish single malt made entirely from malted barley. Matured and finished in bourbon and sherry casks, the whiskey combines bright orchard-fruit and floral aromas with malt sweetness, chocolate and warming spice. The sherry-cask influence contributes additional depth and darker spice to the profile, while bourbon maturation supports its approachable sweetness. It is bottled at 44.3% ABV.

Food Pairing: Grilled beef, braised short ribs, roasted game, dark chocolate, mature cheeses, or apple-based desserts.

Tasting Notes: Golden brown in appearance with a medium-bodied character, balancing fresh fruit and floral notes with malt, chocolate and warming spice.
