Produced by The Oak and Priest Wine Company, The Bomb is a full-throttled Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon with loads of structure and concentrated flavor. Created by movie producer Chad Oakes and actor/producer Jason Priestley in collaboration with Les Behrens & Lisa Drinkward, only 125 cases were made.
Our new release of The Bomb Cabernet Sauvignon is a sensational Napa Valley
wine. The vintage was near perfect with a gradual transition from winterto spring, and spring to summer. The growing season was mild and was without extreme peak high temperatures allowing the fruit to ripen in uniform with beautiful balance and intensity.
The deep black, purple wine coatsthe glass with every swirl. Notes of dark chocolate, plums, and black cherries fill the nose while hints of graphite and ore like minerality get the senses going. Thisripe wine is fresh and perfumy with a multi-faceted flavor core of currants, cassis, crushed stones, bittersweet chocolate, and earthy spice. The refined but powerful tannins are chewy and rich and keep the finishing notes of vanilla bean, tobacco box, and black raspberry going on and on.
