Éric Texier Côtes du Rhône Brézème Roussanne is a pure, expressive, and mineral-driven white wine produced by organic winemaking pioneer Éric Texier. Crafted from 100% Roussanne grown on steep limestone and clay terraces in the micro-appellation of Brézème at the southern tip of the Northern Rhône Valley, it is fermented with native yeasts and aged on its fine lees in concrete tanks without oak intervention. In the glass, it displays a pale-gold hue with alluring aromas of ripe white peach, fresh pear, jasmine flower, orange blossom, and crushed chalk minerality. On the palate, it is medium-to-full-bodied with a supple, creamy texture balanced by vibrant acidity, culminating in a long, savory, and subtly saline finish.
