A fragrant skin-contact Muscat d’Alexandrie from Testalonga in Swartland, South Africa. Sourced from old organically farmed bush vines on decomposed granite, it shows floral perfume, citrus, honey and subtle spice, with juicy fruit, bright acidity, gentle tannic grip and a lightly saline finish.
Food Pairing: Spicy Asian dishes, grilled seafood, roast chicken, charcuterie and aromatic cheeses complement its floral character, citrus freshness and gentle skin-contact texture.
