A naturally expressive Mourvèdre from Testalonga in Swartland, South Africa, sourced from organically farmed bush vines planted in 2001. Whole-bunch fermentation brings red and black berries, lavender, wild herbs and subtle spice, with juicy fruit, fresh acidity and soft, finely textured tannins.
Food Pairing: Grilled lamb, roast duck, charcuterie, mushroom dishes, Mediterranean vegetables and lightly spiced barbecue complement its juicy fruit and savoury herbal character.
