Cantina Terre del Barolo Le Terre Barolo

A magnificent and beautifully robust traditional Italian red wine meticulously crafted from 100% Nebbiolo grapes harvested by hand from across the prestigious Barolo production zone. Following a slow maceration on the skins, the wine is aged for 38 months, including at least 18 months in traditional large French oak casks, to refine its fierce character. It pours an intense garnet red with delicate orange highlights, opening with a complex, elegant bouquet of crushed wild berries, dried violets, and warm autumn undergrowth, seamlessly layered with notes of leather, sweet tobacco, and camphor. The palate is deeply structured and harmonious, carrying a rich core of red currant and dark cherry flavors supported by firm, finely polished tannins and a vibrant, lingering alpine acidity.

Food Pairing: Pairs flawlessly with prime dry-aged steaks, slow-cooked wild boar or beef pot roasts, rich mushroom and truffle risottos, or mature cheeses.
