Terravista Vineyards Sparkling Albariño is a lively Charmat-method sparkling wine with bright citrus, pear, grapefruit, orange blossom, and mineral notes. Lower in alcohol and refreshingly crisp, it offers delicate bubbles, balanced acidity, lemon sorbet character, and a clean finish.
Food Pairing: Pairs beautifully with oysters, prawns, sushi, brunch dishes, fresh salads, ceviche, soft cheeses, and light seafood appetizers.
