A magnificent and robust single-vineyard Tuscan red wine sourced from the estate's lower-elevation 'Vigna Fonte Lattaia' vineyard, featuring clay-rich soils and ideal sunny exposure. Crafted from 100% Sangiovese Grosso, it offers a deeper, more intensely structured expression of the terroir, revealing concentrated aromas of dark wild berries, ripe black cherries, and plums layered with notes of dark chocolate, grilled herbs, and savory leather. The palate is full-bodied and muscular, showing dense fruit density expertly balanced by prominent, fine-grained tannins, vibrant alpine acidity, and a long, powerfully focused finish showing notes of coffee bean and orange zest.

Food Pairing: Pairs flawlessly with prime dry-aged Bistecca alla Fiorentina, slow-braised wild boar ragù, roasted rosemary lamb, or mature pecorino cheeses.
