A magnificent and brilliantly crafted single-vineyard Tuscan red wine sourced entirely from the high-elevation 'Vigna Pian Bossolino' estate vineyard surrounding the villa. This 100% Sangiovese Grosso expression opens with a highly perfumed, expressive nose of red cherry, ripe plum, and wild violet, beautifully layered with garden herbs, sweet tobacco, and a hint of cardamom. The full-bodied palate delivers exceptional depth and elegance, balancing rich, velvety tannins with bright, refreshing acidity and a long, mineral-tinged finish.

Food Pairing: Pairs flawlessly with prime dry-aged Bistecca alla Fiorentina, slow-braised wild boar ragù, roasted rosemary lamb legs, or mature pecorino cheeses.

Underbrush, cocoa and plum aromas mingle with delicate whiffs of blue flower and grilled herb. The taut palate shows sour cherry, cranberry, sage and espresso alongside bright acidity and rather dusty, drying tannins. It's light bodied but also has just enough tension.
