Tromba Cedano Reposado is crafted from 100% Blue Weber Agave in Jalisco using the innovative Cedano Process. This premium small-batch expression is finished in French oak casks, bringing refined oak influence while preserving the natural agave character at the heart of Tromba's distinctive tequila-making approach.
Food Pairing: Pair with grilled steak, braised pork, roasted mushrooms, aged cheese, or dark chocolate.
Nose: Sweet agave, vanilla, toasted oak, and subtle spice.
Palate: Refined and elegant with oak, agave sweetness, and rounded texture.
