Tequila Ocho Plata

Tequila Ocho Plata is a single-estate tequila crafted from fully mature Blue Weber Agave grown in the Jalisco Highlands. Each release highlights an individual agave field, expressing its distinct terroir. The agave is traditionally slow cooked in stone ovens before distillation, preserving its natural character.

Food Pairing: Pair with citrus ceviche, grilled shrimp, fish tacos, guacamole, or roasted peppers.

Tasting Notes: Honey sweetness, fresh herbs, crisp minerality, white pepper, and citrus.
