Lost Lore Valley Blanco Limited Tequila is a vibrant, small-batch, and completely additive-free expression that represents a distinctive exploration within the brand's portfolio. Masterfully overseen by celebrated Master Distiller Sergio Cruz at the highly revered Destilería Feliciano Vivanco y Asociados (NOM 1414) in Arandas, Jalisco, this specialized limited release is crafted specifically to capture the pure, raw intensity of the Tequila Valley. Unlike their core estate line which relies entirely on highland fruit, this unique play highlights the distinct characteristics of valley-grown Blue Weber agave. The agave hearts are traditionally slow-cooked in stone brick ovens, crushed via roller mill, and fermented in open tanks using champagne yeast while classical music is piped in to optimize yeast health. Twice-distilled in copper pot stills and bottled completely unaged, it delivers an incredibly expressive profile bursting with rustic, earthy sweetness and a sharp, refreshing crispness.

Food Pairing: Pairs spectacularly alongside citrus-marinated white fish ceviche, grilled shrimp skewers with lime, raw oysters, traditional guacamole with sea salt, or spicy jalapeño poppers.
