Lost Lore Blanco Still Strength Tequila is an exceptional, additive-free, and high-proof pure expression of blue agave that showcases the raw terroir of the Jalisco highlands. Masterfully crafted by Sergio Cruz at the celebrated Feliciano Vivanco y Asociados distillery (NOM 1414) in Arandas, Jalisco, this small-batch blanco is made from 100% estate-grown Blue Weber agave harvested from the iron-rich soils of Los Altos. The agave hearts are traditionally slow-cooked in brick ovens, crushed via roller mill, and fermented in stainless steel tanks to the sound of classical music to optimize yeast activity. Twice-distilled in copper pot stills, this spirit bypasses any barrel aging and is bottled straight from the still at a robust 92 proof. This elevated proof captures the uncut, pure essence of the agave, delivering an intense, bright, and complex profile brimming with crisp minerality and vibrant herbal energy.

Food Pairing: Pairs wonderfully with fresh citrus-marinated fish ceviche, grilled shrimp tacos with lime, raw oysters, traditional guacamole with sea salt, or spicy jalapeño poppers.
