Lost Lore Blanco Tequila

Lost Lore Blanco Tequila is a pristine, artisanal, and completely additive-free expression that serves as the vibrant foundation of the Lost Lore portfolio. Crafted by Master Distiller Sergio Cruz at the esteemed Feliciano Vivanco y Asociados distillery (NOM 1414) in Arandas, Jalisco, this small-batch blanco is made from 100% estate-grown Blue Weber agave harvested at peak maturity from the iron-rich soils of the Los Altos highlands. The agave hearts are slowly cooked in traditional brick ovens, crushed via roller mill, and fermented in stainless steel tanks to the sound of classical music to optimize yeast health. Following double distillation in copper pot stills, the spirit bypasses barrel aging entirely, keeping it crystal clear and unadulterated. The result is a highly expressive, crisp tequila that brilliantly showcases the bright, earthy, and mineral-driven character of true highland terroir.

Food Pairing: Pairs beautifully with fresh citrus-heavy fish ceviche, grilled shrimp skewers with lime, raw oysters, traditional guacamole with sea salt, or chicken fajitas.

TASTING NOTES - A crystal-clear, brilliant liquid appearance with bright silver highlights, displaying a clean, crisp, and pleasantly oily mouthfeel that coats the palate elegantly.

NOSE - High-toned and aromatic, opening with dominant notes of sweet cooked agave, bright lime zest, and crisp green apple, layered with fresh mint leaves, wet stone minerality, and a crack of white pepper.
