Don Fulano Blanco Tequila

Crafted by fifth-generation agave farmers at Tequileña Distillery (NOM 1146) in Jalisco, Don Fulano Blanco is an additive-free, 100% estate-grown Blue Weber agave tequila. Produced using a combination of traditional copper pot stills and column stills, it is rested for up to 60 days in stainless steel tanks before bottling. This expression represents the purest entry in the Don Fulano lineup, showcasing raw highland agave character, crisp minerality, and vibrant herbal notes.

Food Pairing: Fresh ceviche, fish tacos, grilled shrimp, guacamole with tortilla chips, goat cheese, and citrusy salads.
