The Cascahuín Añejo 55-25 is a rare, limited-edition commemorative tequila released by the Cascahuín Distillery (NOM 1123) to celebrate its 70th anniversary (1955–2025). The name "55-25" represents a duality: 55 symbolizes the year the distillery was founded (1955) and its commitment to traditional methods, while 25 marks the year of this release (2025) and the 25 years since the first traditional añejo was released in 1999.
