Cabal Anejo Horsehead Tequila 375ml

Cabal Anejo Horsehead Tequila 375ml is an exceptional, premium añejo tequila crafted from 100% Blue Weber agave. Aged for 18 months in single-use American white oak ex-bourbon barrels, this expression is deeply inspired by the Charrería and horse culture of Jalisco. Housed in a beautifully designed horsehead bottle, it offers a remarkably balanced, sophisticated profile that bridges the natural sweetness of cooked agave with the complex, dessert-like qualities of seasoned oak.

Food Pairing: Pairs wonderfully with dark chocolate lava cake, classic crème brûlée, slow-braised pork carnitas, or dry-rubbed smoked beef brisket.

TASTING NOTES - A brilliant, rich golden amber color with a silky, creamy, and medium-to-full-bodied mouthfeel.

NOSE - Deep, sweet aromas of caramelized agave, rich toasted oak, butterscotch, and warm vanilla, layered with soft baking spices and a hint of cherry.

PALATE - Complex and full-bodied on the tongue with prominent flavors of sweet oak, buttery caramel, rich toffee, nutmeg, and dark chocolate, balanced by a clean agave presence.

FINISH - Long, clean, and luxurious, finishing with lingering notes of warm vanilla, sweet toasted oak, and a delicate touch of pepper.

SERVE - Best served neat in a wide-rimmed sipping glass or a Glencairn, allowing the tequila to rest for 10 to 15 minutes to fully open up and release its complex aromas.
