About the Arette Gran Clase Extra Anejo Tequila
Arette Gran Clase Extra Añejo Tequila is a premium 100% blue agave extra añejo tequila produced by the Orendain family at El Llano distillery in Tequila, Jalisco. Slow-cooked in traditional brick ovens, double-distilled in small copper pot stills, and aged for at least 48 months in single American white oak casks, it delivers a rich, complex profile balancing deep oak, roasted agave, dark chocolate, and subtle dried fruits.
Food Pairing: Ribeye steak, mole negro, dark chocolate tarts, aged gouda, churros, and fine cigars.
Tasting Notes : Deep amber with brilliant copper highlights, offering a silky, rich, and full-bodied mouthfeel on the palate.
Nose : Rich oak, cooked agave, caramel, dark chocolate, dried fruit, vanilla, and subtle baking spices.
Palate : Smooth and complex with layers of toasted oak, roasted agave, butterscotch, dark cocoa, cinnamon, and subtle dried cherries.
Finish : Long, warm, and elegant with lingering oak spice, sweet caramel, and soft roasted agave.
Serve : Best served neat in a Riedel tequila glass or Glencairn glass at room temperature.
