Arette Clásico Blanco Tequila is an unaged 100% blue agave tequila produced by the Orendain family at El Llano distillery in Tequila, Jalisco. Slow-cooked in traditional brick ovens, double-distilled in stainless steel stills with copper coils, and rested in stainless steel tanks before bottling, it presents a crisp, clean profile featuring bright agave, fresh citrus, and herbal minerality.

Food Pairing: Fresh ceviche, fish tacos, guacamole with tortilla chips, grilled shrimp, goat cheese, and citrus salads.
