Arette Artesanal Reposado Tequila

Arette Artesanal Reposado Tequila is an elegantly crafted spirit that honors the rich heritage of the Tequila Valley. Produced by the renowned Orendain family at Destileria El Llano, this artisanal reposado is made using 100% estate-grown Blue Weber agave, which is slowly baked in traditional brick masonry ovens, naturally fermented in open-air concrete vats, and double-distilled in classic copper pot stills. It is then carefully rested for up to 11 months in American white oak barrels—just shy of the requirement for an añejo. This extended resting period imparts a beautiful complexity, marrying the bright, peppery essence of the pure agave with the warm, sweet influences of the wood to create a deeply balanced and exceptionally smooth tequila.

Food Pairing: Excellent alongside traditional Mexican cuisine such as slow-roasted pork carnitas, chicken tamales with salsa verde, grilled shrimp skewers, or a rich dessert like caramel flan or cinnamon churros.
