Crafted by the Tenzan Sake Brewery in Saga Prefecture, this seasonal autumn release (Hiyaoroshi) is brewed using the rare and highly prized Aiyama sake rice. Single-pasteurized in spring and aged over the summer months, it unfolds with expressive aromas of ripe strawberry, poached pear, melon, and subtle steamed rice umami. Smooth, velvety, and beautifully mature on the palate, it delivers a rich balance of dark berry fruitiness, round texture, and a crisp autumn-ready finish.
