This pioneering northern Italian Chardonnay—celebrated for positioning Alto Adige on the international wine map—undergoes spontaneous fermentation and aging on the lees in French oak barriques. It reveals a brilliant golden-yellow hue with intense, layered aromas of ripe pear, apricot, and citrus zest, beautifully woven with accents of fresh butter, hazelnut, and flinty minerality over a full-bodied, structural palate with vibrant alpine acidity and a long, savory-salty finish.
