A magnificent, deeply refreshing, and superbly balanced estate-grown sparkling wine crafted by the hands-on, quality-driven Tenuta Amadio estate. Named "Monfumino" after their scenic home village of Monfumo nestled in the cradle of the Asolo hills, this beautifully precise cuvée is composed of 95% Glera harmonized with 5% Bianchetta. Following careful hand harvesting, the fruit undergoes gentle pressing and a temperature-controlled primary fermentation in stainless steel, before a precise 30-day secondary fermentation using the traditional Martinotti-Charmat method. It displays a bright, luminous straw-yellow profile with elegant greenish reflections and a fine, long-lasting perlage. The expressive nose bursts with clean aromas of crisp green apples, juicy Williams pears, and delicate white spring blossoms, accented by a distinct, mouthwatering mineral salinity. On the palate, it is fresh, lively, and wonderfully elegant, driven by a racy core acidity and a smooth, dry finish.
