A magnificent and beautifully expressive Spanish organic red wine masterfully crafted by Bodegas Témpore in the high-altitude terrain of Bajo Aragón. Made from 100% Garnacha sourced from old, low-yielding bush vines grown on calcareous-clay soils, this exceptional expression is carefully aged for 14 months in new 500-liter French oak barrels. It reveals an incredibly intense and layered bouquet of ripe dark cherries, sweet wild blackberries, and dried figs, seamlessly interwoven with elegant nuances of dark chocolate, toasted cedar, roasted coffee bean, and sweet Mediterranean spices, all supported by a full, velvety body and long, structural finish.
