Pegaso Zeta Garnacha Cebreros 2022

An exceptional, high-altitude Spanish red wine crafted by legendary winemaker Telmo Rodríguez in the rugged Sierra de Gredos mountains. Made from 100% old-vine Garnacha grown organically on a unique combination of slate and granite soils, the 2022 vintage was fermented and matured in a meticulous mix of oak barrels, stainless steel, and clay amphorae. It delivers an expressive, wonderfully nuanced profile of wild strawberries, sour red cherries, and orange peel, intertwined with mountain herbs, lavender, and a distinctively chalky, granitic minerality.
