Similar to Blended Malt #1, this is hardly a blended malt at all. In fact it’s almost exclusively Speyside single malt from one of the most popular distilleries in the world that’s been ‘teaspooned’ (that to say, an imperceptible amount of another well-loved single malt has been added). All hail the spoon once again!
Tasting notes:
Nose: Spiced plum compote and a touch of gingerbread.
Palate: Continues along the theme of "yummy spiced fruit deliciousness", now with some boozy red wine sweetness to it.
Finish: Thick with caramel and clove.
