Georgian Wine House Tbilisoba 3 Years Old Brandy 500ml

Produced in Georgia by Georgian Wine House, Tbilisoba 3 Years Old is a fresh, vibrant grape brandy crafted in tribute to the annual autumn festival of Tbilisi. Distilled from traditional Georgian white wine grapes grown in viticultural regions such as Kakheti, the distillate is aged for a minimum of 3 years in oak barrels. This younger maturation profile yields an approachable, fruit-driven spirit with bright golden-amber hues, fresh orchard fruit aromas, soft oak accents, and a crisp, lively finish.

Food Pairing: Fresh fruit platters, mild cheeses, roasted almonds, light pastries, or enjoyed in casual post-meal toasts.

Tasting Notes: Bright golden-amber in appearance with clear, warm reflections, displaying light-to-medium density and nimble legs on the glass.

Nose: Vibrant and fresh, opening with aromas of green apple, fresh grape juice, and light floral blossom, followed by sweet honey, light vanilla, and soft oak wood.

Palate: Clean, smooth, and soft on the palate, featuring sweet white grape nectar, fresh orchard fruit, and subtle caramel upfront before giving way to gentle oak spice and crisp citrus undertones.

Finish: Short-to-medium in length, clean, and refreshing with lingering notes of fresh fruit, sweet oak, and a smooth warmth.

Serve: Enjoy neat at room temperature in a tulip glass, over ice, or as a spirited base in mixed drinks and classic brandy cocktails.
