Taynton Bay Spirits Sunset Gin 750ml

Taynton Bay Spirits Sunset Gin is a vibrant Canadian craft spirit produced by Taynton Bay Spirits in Invermere, British Columbia. Distilled on the shores of Lake Windermere in the Purcell Mountains, this naturally infused expression is crafted without artificial flavors, colors, or sweeteners. The gin starts with a traditional juniper and botanical base, which is post-infused with real tea leaves, citrus, and herbal botanicals to yield a striking deep amber-rose hue and an exceptionally smooth, approachable flavor profile.

Food Pairing: Charcuterie boards with dried fruit, grilled peach and goat cheese salad, cedar-plank salmon, and lemon bar desserts.

Tasting Notes: Deep amber-rose in appearance with a smooth, medium-bodied, and silky mouthfeel.

Nose: Intensely aromatic and fruity up front, with prominent notes of steeped herbal tea, sweet orange zest, and dried cranberries, supported by gentle piney juniper and warm spice.

Palate: Soft, sweet, and fruit-forward, featuring layers of tart citrus, brewed herbal tea, and subtle berry sweetness, balanced by a smooth backbone of resinous pine juniper and mild earthy botanicals.

Finish: Medium-long, clean, and refreshing, with lingering notes of citrus peel, sweet tea tannins, and a gentle herbal warmth.

Serve: Serve over ice topped with sparkling water, tonic, or lemonade, garnished with a slice of fresh orange or a wheel of dehydrated grapefruit, or mix into a vibrant summer spritz.
