About the Tawse Sparkling Riesling
Tawse Spark Limestone Ridge Sparkling Riesling is an elegant Ontario sparkler with pineapple, honey, citrus, fresh pastry, golden raisin, herbs, and mineral notes. Medium-bodied and off-dry, it offers lively acidity, delicate bubbles, excellent flavour intensity, and a refreshing finish.
Food Pairing: Pairs beautifully with oysters, grilled seafood, sushi, scallops, soft cheeses, fresh salads, and lightly spiced Asian dishes.
