Tawse Dry Gin 750ml

Tawse Dry Gin is an artisanal craft spirit produced by Tawse Winery & Distillery in Vineland, Ontario. Distilled in the heart of the Niagara Peninsula, this expression is crafted using a copper pot still and a grain neutral spirit base. Inspired by the surrounding Niagara terroir, the recipe balances classic juniper with a thoughtfully curated blend of traditional and local botanicals—including citrus peel, coriander, angelica, and lavender—resulting in a crisp, aromatic, and herb-forward Niagara gin.

Food Pairing: Goat cheese crostini, herb-crusted pork tenderloin, fresh oysters, trout almondine, and lemon-sprinkled grilled vegetables.

Tasting Notes: Crystal clear in appearance with a smooth, light, and crisp mouthfeel.

Nose: Fresh and floral up front with bright citrus oils and delicate lavender, backed by resinous piney juniper and subtle earthy herbs.

Palate: Clean and well-balanced, opening with a crisp burst of lemon and orange zest, followed by piney juniper, subtle floral sweetness, peppery coriander, and earthy angelica root.

Finish: Medium-long, dry, and refreshing with lingering notes of citrus peel, soft lavender, and gentle pine spice.

Serve: Serve over ice topped with premium Indian tonic water, garnished with a slice of fresh lemon or a sprig of lavender, or mix into a classic Dry Martini.
