Crafted in Miyagi Prefecture through an innovative collaboration between Tanaka 1789 brewery and sommelier François Chartier, Blend 001 is a pioneering, gastronomy-driven Junmai sake. Produced via traditional Yamahai fermentation and aged to perfection, it reveals complex aromas of fresh pineapple, green mango, white peach, toasted nuts, and subtle basil. On the palate, it exhibits a rich, silky texture with incredible structure, seamless rice umami, and a high, wine-like acidity that leads to an extraordinarily long, elegant finish.
