A grand, warming, and richly flavorful Speyside single malt aged in a combination of American and European oak first-fill ex-sherry casks. Introduced in 2015, this high-strength, un-chillfiltered release delivers robust sherry cask influence, natural color, and deep spice.

Food Pairing: Best paired with rich desserts like fruitcake or crème brûlée, dark chocolate, or enjoyed on a cold winter night beside a wood fire.

Tasting Notes : Reddish-tan in color with thick legs, offering an extremely warming, syrupy, and full-bodied mouthfeel.

Nose : Prominent sherry sweetness with red berries, sultanas, walnuts, creamy vanilla, cookie dough, wood spice, and damp foliage.

Palate : Confident, rolling sherry notes mixed with hot cinnamon, baked dessert bread, figs, fruit spices, and sweet bananas.
