The Taittinger Prestige Rosé is an intense and shimmering non-vintage Champagne, immediately recognizable by its brilliant pink hue. Its unique color and vibrant intensity are achieved through a complex blending process where 15% still red wine—crafted from the finest Pinot Noirs of the Montagne de Reims and Les Riceys—is added to the final assemblage. A high 30% Chardonnay content ensures the elegance and delicacy that are hallmarks of the Taittinger house. The wine is aged for three years on its lees, developing a fine, persistent mousse and a velvety texture. On the nose, it offers a fruity explosion of freshly crushed wild raspberries, cherries, and blackcurrants, which transition into a crisp, balanced palate with a long, refreshing finish.
