About the Tait Basket Press Shiraz
A powerful Barossa Shiraz with concentrated blackberry, plum and preserved dark fruit layered with dark chocolate, clove, violets and earthy spice. Rich and full-bodied, the palate combines generous fruit with grainy tannins and freshness, carrying impressive structure through a long finish.
Food Pairing: Pair with grilled steak, slow-cooked beef, roast lamb, barbecue ribs, venison, rich stews, or mature hard cheeses.
