Jean-Luc Pasquet Confluences Symphonie des Terroirs No.1 L.31Y Cognac 500ml

Jean-Luc Pasquet Confluences Symphonie des Terroirs No.1 L.31Y Cognac is a remarkably complex multi-cru blend created as part of Maison Jean-Luc Pasquet's Confluences collection. Inspired by a collaborative blending project led by Jean-Luc Pasquet and fellow independent winegrowers in the 1990s, this limited release unites four Cognac crus: 50% Petite Champagne L.88/83, 40% Bons Bois L.99, 5% Grande Champagne L.79 and 5% Fins Bois L.68/72. The final blend was assembled on September 1, 2022 without subsequent reduction and bottled on February 24, 2023 at 50.6% ABV. Lot L.31Y represents an average age of 31 years rather than a conventional age statement.
