About the Swerwer Touriga Nacional
A distinctive Swartland Touriga Nacional from JC Wickens, grown in the Paardeberg. Juicy berry fruit, blueberry, violet and lavender aromas lead into a dense, fresh palate with natural tannic grip and bright acidity. Minimal-intervention winemaking preserves its varietal character, freshness and savoury complexity.
Food Pairing: Grilled lamb, roast duck, venison, spicy sausages and mushroom dishes complement its dark berry fruit, floral character, freshness and firm tannins.
