About the Summerhill Platinum Series Syrah
Summerhill Platinum Series Syrah is a rich Okanagan red with blackberry, blueberry, black cherry, plum, pepper, spice, and subtle smoky notes. Full-bodied and structured, it offers concentrated fruit, polished tannins, balanced acidity, gentle oak, and a lingering finish.
Food Pairing: Pairs beautifully with grilled steak, lamb, barbecue ribs, venison, roasted duck, spicy sausages, mushroom dishes, and aged cheeses.
