About the Summerhill Cabernet Franc Organic 750ml
Velvety, fresh and characterful. This classic Cabernet Franc gives ripe,
zesty notes of black plum, capsicum, red raspberry with a hint of crushed
gravel minerality. Amidst the intensely concentrated fruit flavours,
savoury notes of graphite and sage intrigue the palate. Pillowy and soft
on the palate, while bright acidity and ripe tannins lead to a rounded
finish with notes of tart red fruit lingering.
Try with roasted chicken, smoky sausages or aged cheeses.
