A magnificent and extraordinarily prestigious Spanish sparkling wine masterfully crafted by Bodegues Sumarroca in the heart of Catalonia’s Penedès region. Dedicated as a tribute to the family’s matriarch, this iconic flagship Cava is sourced exclusively from the old-vine 'Peretes' estate plot in Piera, where deep calcareous soils packed with gravel and ancient fossils allow the roots to dig deep. Made from 100% Xarel·lo and aged on its fine lees for up to 50 months, it is presented in a custom bottle inspired by ancient Greek amphoras. It reveals an incredibly intense and complex bouquet of ripe yellow apples, fresh apricots, and white floral jasmine, seamlessly layered with rich, luxurious aromas of freshly baked brioche, toasted almonds, cream, and a distinct, deep chalky mineral core.
