Sumac Ridge Private Reserve Unoaked Chardonnay is a light, crisp Okanagan white with lemon, grapefruit, orange, apple, pear, and peach flavours. Fresh and refreshing, it offers bright acidity, clean fruit character, subtle minerality, and an easy-drinking finish.
Food Pairing: Pairs beautifully with shrimp ceviche, cedar plank salmon, grilled chicken, fresh salads, seafood, Brie, Camembert, and Parmigiano Reggiano.
