About the Suertes del Marqués Trenzado Listán Blanco Valle de la Orotava
A magnificent and mineral Spanish white wine masterfully crafted by Suertes del Marqués in Tenerife. Sourced from centenarian, ungrafted Listán Blanco braided vines grown on complex volcanic soils, it is fermented spontaneously using indigenous yeasts inside large neutral French oak foudres.
Food Pairing: Pairs flawlessly with fresh charcoal-grilled sea bass, garlic-butter prawns, octopus a la gallega, smoked oysters, or artisan goat cheeses.
