A magnificent and expressive Spanish red wine masterfully crafted by Suertes del Marqués in Tenerife. Sourced from unique single-plot volcanic soils, this old-vine Listán Negro is fermented spontaneously with native yeasts and beautifully matured in seasoned French oak barrels.
Food Pairing: Pairs flawlessly with roasted duck breast, grilled lamb chops, smoky wild mushroom skewers, pepper-crusted tuna, or aged manchego cheeses.
