About the Fitzpatrick Sudden Inversion Meritage
Fitzpatrick Sudden Inversion Meritage is a rich Okanagan red blend with blackberry, blueberry, dark plum, dark berries, chocolate, mint, anise, and leather. Full-bodied and smooth, it offers dense fruit, velvety tannins, subtle toast, and a lingering finish.
Food Pairing: Pairs beautifully with ribeye, roast beef, lamb, venison, braised short ribs, grilled meats, hearty stews, and aged cheeses.
