A magnificent and beautifully expressive organic white wine crafted by the Tessari sisters entirely from 100% Garganega grapes grown on the ancient volcanic hillsides of the Soave Classico zone. Vinified completely in stainless steel and aged on its fine lees for five months to maximize operational freshness, this 2022 vintage reveals a brilliant straw-yellow profile bursting with fragrant aromas of fresh green apples, juicy white pears, hawthorn blossoms, and wild field herbs, all balanced by a clean, vertical acidity and a distinctively sapid, mineral finish with a classic hint of almond.
