A magnificent 1.5L Magnum of ground-breaking single-varietal white wine crafted by the estate’s three Tessari sisters from a unique clonal recovery project of the ancient, indigenous Trebbiano di Soave grape. Grown on 300-meter high volcanic hillsides densely packed with large, compact basaltic rock, large-format bottling allows this white to age with exceptional poise and structural harmony. It spends 15 months on its fine lees in stainless steel, developing a bright straw-yellow profile bursting with crisp aromas of citrus blossom, white peach, wild jasmine, and smoky flint, beautifully integrated into a vertical, laser-like acidity, a creamy mid-palate, and a profoundly sapid, sea-salt mineral finish.
